Participant Code of Conduct
Effective 18 October 2026 · Axiom Research GmbH · Berlin, Germany
Research quality depends on participants being treated fairly and participants contributing honestly. This Code sets the minimum behaviour expected across the Axiom participant network.
1. One genuine participant identity
Use your own account and provide accurate eligibility information. Do not create duplicate accounts, trade accounts or misrepresent your identity, age, location, employment or other screening information.
2. Complete research personally
Unless the study explicitly allows it, do not outsource answers, use another person to complete tasks, copy responses, use scripts or bots, or generate fabricated evidence. AI tools may be used only where the study expressly permits them.
3. Protect confidential research
Do not publish or share confidential study material, prototype screenshots, unreleased concepts, participant information or researcher communications where confidentiality applies.
4. Follow evidence instructions
Upload an image, screenshot, file or signature only when the study team specifically requests it and only provide material relevant to the instruction. Avoid unnecessary personal information in uploaded evidence.
5. Be respectful
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse researchers, support staff or other participants. Constructive disagreement is welcome; abusive conduct is not.
6. Reward integrity
Do not manipulate completion codes, payment systems, referral systems or reward eligibility. If you believe a reward decision is wrong, contact support rather than attempting to bypass controls.
7. Consequences
Material or repeated violations may lead to rejection of affected submissions, reward reversal, account restrictions or termination. Serious fraud, security abuse or unlawful activity may be escalated where appropriate.
